Family owned and operated since 1967, Campbell Amusements has built a solid reputation for providing fun family entertainment value to fairs, festivals and carnivals across Ontario, Québec and the Maritimes. Starting at the age of 17 when he began operating rides and arcades, Don Campbell has dedicated himself to acquiring a growing assortment of over 45 rides and concessions. With new rides, games and concessions being added every year, Campbell Amusements is able to play a busy schedule of fairs, festivals and shopping centre shows by keeping two transport units on the road. Campbell Amusements’ inventory has allowed it to provide equipment and assistance to other shows, including the Canadian National Exhibition, Ottawa Exhibition, London Western Fair, as well as the Three Rivers and Québec City fairs.

All of Campbell Amusements’ rides and vehicles are stored and maintained in its Brantford, Ontario shop during the winter months. The company’s roster of class “A” mechanics ensures that all of its vehicles and rides are serviced, refurbished and certified to meet the highest safety standards.

Campbell Amusements takes pride in its reputation. Over the years, Campbell Amusements has received several awards of recognition, including:

• 1982 – “Showman of the Year”- awarded to Don Campbell by the Canadian Chapter of the Showman’s League of America;
  
• 1994 – “Service Member of the Year”-awarded to Campbell Amusements by the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibits;
  
• 1998 – Don Campbell was honored with a “Lifetime Achievement” award from the Canadian Chapter of the Showman’s League of America.

As well, the Campbells have been honored and recognized for their numerous contributions and continuing support for community organizations.
